The movie centers around a road trip to the Playboy Mansion. Eugene Pratt (Zach Cregger) wakes from a four year coma to find that his high school sweetheart has gone on to become a Playboy Playmate. He and his friend Tucker Cleigh (Trevor Moore) embark on a series of escapades that lead them to the mansion, befriending a famous rapper (Craig Robinson) and the girl of Eugene's dreams.
